Your journey with us begins with a simple phone call. Our reception team and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator are here to give you the chance to ask questions, learn about our services and feel confident that you are choosing the right practice.
During this call we will take a few essential details so we can add you to our secure patient database. This allows us to understand your needs right away and deliver the organised, compassionate and responsive care we are known for. In line with our patient care philosophy, every person is listened to and supported from the very first point of contact.
Finding the Right Appointment
Once your details are set up, we will look at your availability and schedule your New Patient Examination with one of our skilled clinicians:
Adult New Patient Examination duration: 40 minutes
Child New Patient Examination duration: 15 minutes
To secure your appointment, a pre payment deposit is required.
Adults: £64
Children: £29
This is the cost of your appointment, so nothing else is due on the day unless x-rays are taken - these are £10 each.
We also offer many free on site parking spaces, available on a first come first served basis.
