Joining is easy! Simply collect an application form and return it to us by post, email, or in person. One of our friendly front-of-house team members will be happy to submit it on your behalf.
Before joining one of our plans, you will need to be registered with the practice and declared dentally fit by both the dentist (following a dental examination) and the hygienist (following a hygiene appointment). This ensures your oral health is stable and suitable for ongoing maintenance. Any treatment identified during these appointments must be completed before you can proceed with joining the membership.
Memberships submitted within the first two weeks of the month will begin on the 1st of the following month. Applications received after this time may miss the next start date and will instead commence the month after.
Please note that a £12 administration fee will be added to your first payment.
