Comprehensive oral heath examination, oral cancer screening, gum health screening and bite assessment.

Applied to all routine dental treatment including: fillings, crown/bridge work, whitening treatment*

2X HYGIENE VISITS

Per year - full comprehensive gum health assessment, professional cleaning, stain removal, tailored oral hygiene advice.

EMERGENCIES & ANTIBIOTICS

Fees inclusive, we offer same day visits for all non-routine visits for peace of mind.

X-RAYS

Clinically necessary x-rays (bitewings, periapical) at no additional cost. Does not include CBCT or OPG x-rays.

You must complete any diagnosed treatment before joining, If there is none, you are fit to join!

APPLICATION

Forms can be collected at the practice. Once returned to us, we will send them to our provider.

3 months from your first payment, your membership will activate and you may make sue of your benefits.
