Two routes to straighter teeth
We offer two carefully chosen orthodontic systems — one removable and virtually invisible, one fixed and highly efficient. The right choice depends on your case, lifestyle, and goals, and we'll advise you honestly at your consultation.
MOST POPULAR
SPARK Clear Aligners
Nearly invisible, removable aligners that gradually guide your teeth into place. Take them out to eat, drink, and clean your teeth as normal — ideal for adults and teens who want a discreet result that fits around work and life.
up to £3,950
QUICK RESULTS
Damon System Fixed Braces
A low-friction, self-ligating brace system that moves teeth gently and often more efficiently than traditional braces. The right choice for more complex movements or when a fixed appliance suits your case better.

Our approach: honest advice, stunning delivery
Alexander leads every case with a full assessment of what your teeth actually need - not the most expensive option available. We'll always explain the realistic timeline, the trade-offs between aligners and fixed braces, and won't recommend more treatment than is needed to get the result you want.

COMMON QUESTIONS
You asked, we answered
Am I suitable for clear aligners?
Most mild to moderate cases of crowding, gaps, or bite issues are well suited to SPARK aligners. At your consultation we'll take digital scans and confirm honestly whether aligners will get you the result you want, or whether a fixed brace is a better fit.
How long does treatment take?
SPARK treatment typically takes 6–18 months, and Damon fixed braces typically 12–24 months, depending on the complexity of your case. You'll get a personalised estimate at your consultation.
How much does orthodontic treatment cost in Nottingham?
Cost depends on the system and complexity of your case. They range between £2,800 and £3,950. We offer flexible payment options, and you'll receive a full written quote after your consultation.
What's the difference between SPARK and Damon braces?
SPARK aligners are clear, removable trays you swap every 1–2 weeks. Damon braces are a fixed, low-friction bracket system that stays on throughout treatment. Aligners suit discreet, flexible treatment; fixed braces often suit more complex movements.
Is orthodontic treatment painful?
Some mild pressure or tenderness for a few days after each new aligner or brace adjustment is normal, but treatment shouldn't be painful. We'll talk you through what to expect at every stage.
Will I need a retainer afterwards?
Yes - a retainer is essential to keep your teeth in their new position. We include custom-made retainers and aftercare plan at the end of every course of treatment.
