Bio
Annie has always been drawn to healthcare, as it combines her love for biology with her desire to care for others. After qualifying as a dentist in 2018, she worked in rural India, delivering free dental care to underserved communities.

The Covid-19 pandemic shifted her focus towards health protection, leading her to the UK to pursue a Master’s in Public Health. Wanting to stay connected to her dental roots, she embraced the role of a dental hygienist.

She was drawn to the precision and artistry of dentistry, and finds something deeply satisfying about turning chaos into order, even if that chaos is tartar build-up!
Annie is passionate about helping people look and feel their best, a trait she says is likely inherited from her mum, who was a military nurse.
Caring for others comes naturally to her, as well as making a positive impact.

Document Need and Consent
The referring dentist identifies the need for specialist periodontal assessment or treatment and discusses this with the patient. Once the patient understands and agrees to the referral, you are able to progress with a referral to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Submit Referral Form
Complete the referral request below. A referral form will be sent directly to the email provided, please complete this with the relevant clinical information and submit it to us. This ensures our specialist receives all the necessary information to assess the case accurately.
Patient Contact and Scheduling
Our team will contact the patient directly to arrange their treatment appointments. We will explain what to expect at their appointment and answer any questions they may have, helping to make the process as straightforward and reassuring as possible.
Treatment
Annie will carry out the agreed-upon periodontal treatment. Throughout the process, we will keep the referring dentist informed of progress and collaborate as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Return to Referring Practice
Once treatment is complete, the patient is referred back to your care with a detailed clinical report outlining the treatment provided, outcomes achieved, and any ongoing maintenance recommendations. We remain available for review or further consultation if required.
